How do I check the status of my order?

Navigate to the My Account link at the top of our homepage and login to view all your orders.

Can I come to your store location and purchase directly?

No, we do not currently have a store front location.

How long does shipping take?

We normally ship most orders within 24 business hours of payment being received, transit time depends on your location check our shipping page for a map of the US and all the UPS shipping times.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

UPS does not deliver on weekend or holidays.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Sorry, our checkout does not support third party billing for shipping.

Can I have free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all items. Free shipping applies to addresses in the 48 continuous states of the U.S. only. HI, PR, AK, Guam, etc are not eligible for free shipping.

Why does it take so long to ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping to Canada on a few items in store and the shipping will be an additional cost. Please Contact Us for unit shipping inquiries. 

What is your repair and/or return policy?

All items purchased are covered against damage or defect. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll resolve the problem at no cost to you. Weather Damages are NOT Covered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any used merchandise in return since we do not sell used items to our customers. Merchandise is considered used once the boxes have been opened. In the case of Buyer’s remorse, we will not be able to accept returns. If a return MUST be made, the buyer is responsible for the shipping back to our warehouse and the customer will be charged 30% restocking fee for the unit.

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:

1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then email us immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.
4) DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.

Can custom-fit or personalized items be returned?

Sorry, we cannot accept any items that have been custom-fit or personalized in return.

Are your tents waterproof?

The majority of our units are waterproof/water resistant. Please Contact Us for any specific unit inquiries. 

Can I leave my tent up overnight?

We advise to not leave any tent up overnight as weather conditions can change quickly and damage your tent. We cannot be responsible for damage sustained to any tent due to weather conditions.

Why do you not accept returns on tents or elliptical trainers?

Once a tent or elliptical is removed from the box it is considered used and thus not returnable for refund.

Can I pay with a check?

Sorry we do not accept checks.

Do you offer purchase orders for non-profit organizations?

Sorry we do not offer purchase order service on our orders. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
